About CCS page2
The name Covenant Contract Service, is an explanation of the nature of its intent in doing business with individuals who are
looking for the right Person(s), who WILL do quality work, from beginning to end, and be willing to be held accountable for
the finished results of their work. And also will be diligent in the pursuit of customer satisfaction in order to build a solid
customer referral base.
My name is Christopher J. Fancett. I am the owner/operator of CCS. I have extensive experience in the building trades,
and also have a successful background in business in general. I am a retired CEO from a mfg. firm that I founded in 1983,
and since have turned over to my son. Desiring to scale back my life, I decided to work at something I most enjoy; working
with my hands, building things. I take on one man small projects, and also medium sized, that require a few extra sets of hands.
Weather it is concrete and foundation work, framing, drywall and finishing, plumbing and electrical, painting or sealing, roof
repairs, or several other project types, I will get the job done right.
The best proof of anyone's work is the feelings and comments from past customers. The referral that they offer is the best form
My overall experience came from many areas, over a period of more than 40 years. I worked with my dad building boats
from the time I was about 10 years old. Understanding the proper uses of wood working tools and the actual nature of wood
it's self. Cutting, Bending, Gluing, Press Fit Joints, and so on. The necessity for accurate work was the overall theme in boat
building. So I had a good start and learned important issues that have carried me through till this day. For a time, I worked on
framing and trim crews; building houses that sold in a range between $150,000 to $300,000 and more.
I also picked up the Plumbing and Electrical along the way, and am well qualified to perform to code, in both residential and
commercial. All the concrete and foundation work experience came mainly from my younger brother, who has been in the concrete business for many years. Over the years, I have been very blessed to be exposed to the knowledge of many a seasoned
veteran, and have picked up all of the relative and necessary skill to get the Job done right.
Much of my ability is due to being gifted with a lot of common sense, and a willingness to work hard every day.
I have learned that most tasks are 25% technical skill, and 75% common sense.
Another thing I want to point out is, I will not leave uncorrected mistakes. Any time this happens, I will
point out the flaw, or mistake to the homeowner and address it. Most of the time, the home owner doesn't view the flaw as an item that needs to be corrected, but I usually fix it anyway if they will allow the time for repair. I do not charge a second time to fix a mistake that I made. The only change is normally the time necessary to complete the job. I'm very good at what I do, but I'm not perfect. Being a committed Christian and applying proper business ethics is the main reason why I have had the success
in my business track record. Each new thing that I have done has been built on these principles. And I will continue to do so.
The issues I have addressed reflect the concerns of many homeowners. I have seen a lot of bad work out there, and many
have paid the price for doing business with unskilled, and unprofessional contractors. My skill level, and commitment to
professional follow-through, will make your project endeavor, a very satisfying experience.
It is my sincere hope that you will make contact and trust your investment to this committed business professional.
