Warranty Statement - revised 5/2001
CCS warrants to the purchaser of it's services that all performed
services and installations will be made in accordance with the manufacturer's
suggested procedures for install of their products. CCS does not warrant the
operation or suitability of a product, nor makes any claim for a given product's
performance outside of the claims of the product manufacturer itself. The
individual product is ONLY warranted to the purchaser by that product manufacturer.
All limitations of product performance and issues of application suitability are outlined
in the manufacturer's limited warranty statements, and CCS makes no claims nor
any representations in addition to or in leu of any such product manufacturer warranty.
CCS will warrant to the purchaser that products used and installed in a given project,
will be installed and applied properly to all existing building codes that may be in effect
at that time. All CCS installers and agents, being qualified sufficiently to perform such
tasks will offer the purchaser a reliable performance, in that any such installation of a product
will be in accordance with the product manufacturer's suggestions.
CCS, from time to time will suggest that a certain product be used in a given project application.
In this case, any suggestions for product use or suitability is limited to the actual claims and
representations made by that product manufacturer, and CCS is not responsible for the accuracy
and any such claims made by a product manufacturer, within the mfg. advertising statements.
When the purchaser supplies CCS with written spec.'s on products to be installed, or supplies CCS
with the actual product to be installed, the purchaser assumes all responsibility on issues of product
application suitability. CCS will address these issues with the purchaser in advance and prior to
installation, but the final decision and responsibility rests with the purchaser in such cases.
Also, when the purchaser desires to install a product where the installer feels there is a high
probability of future failure, the installer will proceed with "NO WARRANTY" applied conditions.
In this case, the estimate will reflect this condition, using the term No Warranty, where it may apply.
All issues of incidental and consequential loss that may result from product failure, or improper
installation, are not part of this warranty statement. CCS will fix, repair, or replace; as CCS deems
necessary, any defect in original CCS installation's, as deemed by proper management personnel
on staff at CCS.
This warranty term will apply for a period of one (1) year from the date of the finished project, as outlined
on the estimate form. All claims for desired warranty work should be forwarded to the main office, who's
All claims must be made in writing, and be received within the limited 12 month period to be considered.
It is the goal of CCS to build a solid referral base, and this is done with satisfied customers. Please contact
