All CCS installers and agents, being qualified sufficiently to perform such</div> <div> tasks will offer the purchaser a reliable performance, in that any such installation of a product</div> <div> will be in accordance with the product manufacturer's suggestions.</div> <bR> <div> CCS, from time to time will suggest that a certain product be used in a given project application.</div> <div> In this case, any suggestions for product use or suitability is limited to the actual claims and</div> <div> representations made by that product manufacturer, and CCS is not responsible for the accuracy</div> <div> and any such claims made by a product manufacturer, within the mfg. advertising statements.</div> <bR> <div> When the purchaser supplies CCS with written spec.'s on products to be installed, or supplies CCS</div> <div> with the actual product to be installed, the purchaser assumes all responsibility on issues of product</div> <div> application suitability.  CCS will address these issues with the purchaser in advance and prior to</div> <div> installation, but the final decision and responsibility rests with the purchaser in such cases.</div> <div> Also, when the purchaser desires to install a product where the installer feels there is a high</div> <div> probability of future failure, the installer will proceed with "NO WARRANTY" applied conditions.</div> <div> In this case, the estimate will reflect this condition, using the term No Warranty, where it may apply.</div> <bR> <div> All issues of incidental and consequential loss that may result from product failure, or improper</div> <div> installation, are not part of this warranty statement.  CCS will fix, repair, or replace; as CCS deems </div> <div> necessary, any defect in original CCS installation's, as deemed by proper management personnel</div> <div> on staff at CCS. </div> <bR> <div> This warranty term will apply for a period of one (1) year from the date of the finished project, as outlined</div> <div> on the estimate form.  All claims for desired warranty work should be forwarded to the main office, who's</div> <div> address appears on the estimate form, or contact the office via E-mail <A HREF="mailto: chris@covenantcontract.com" TARGET="_top" TITLE="mailto: chris@covenantcontract.com"><U>mailto: chris@covenantcontract.com</U></A></div> <bR> <div> All claims must be made in writing, and be received within the limited 12 month period to be considered.</div> <div> It is the goal of CCS to build a solid referral base, and this is done with satisfied customers.
